What is the CDI?

The Civic Dedication Index is a score from 0 to 1000 that quantifies your contribution to the republic. Calculated by COMPASS and updated every 15 minutes, it determines your access to services, housing tier, travel permissions, healthcare priority, and overall standing in society.

Detailed component breakdown

Chargeability (35% — up to 350 points)

Calculated from your UtiliTrack records over the past 12 months:

• 100% chargeability rate = 350 points
• 95% = 332 points
• 90% = 315 points
• 85% = 297 points
• Below 60% = 0 points (plus additional penalties)

Loyalty Assessment (25% — up to 250 points)

Based on your most recent Annual Loyalty Verification:

• Phase 1 score (online assessment): up to 100 points
• Phase 2 score (behavioural review): up to 100 points
• Phase 3 (declaration submitted on time): 50 points
• Late submission: -25 points per week late

Compliance Record (20% — up to 200 points)

• All mandatory training current: 80 points
• All timesheets submitted on time (past 12 months): 40 points
• No compliance violations: 40 points
• Address registration current: 20 points
• Device registration current: 20 points

Productivity Metrics (15% — up to 150 points)

Assessed by COMPASS workplace monitoring:

• Meeting attendance and punctuality: up to 40 points
• Task completion rate: up to 40 points
• Collaboration score: up to 35 points
• Quality metrics: up to 35 points

Community Contribution (5% — up to 50 points)

• State event attendance: up to 20 points
• Civic reporting activity: up to 15 points
