The NDRC operates a centrally managed workforce system through COMPASS (Centrally Organised Management Platform for Assignments, Scheduling, and Surveillance). All employment matters are handled through this portal.

Important
All citizens between the ages of 16 and 65 are required to maintain active employment status. Chargeability targets are set quarterly by the Ministry of Labour. Failure to meet targets may result in reassignment.
