The NDRC supports the family unit as a cornerstone of productive society. All family changes must be registered with the state to ensure accurate CARL-ID records and correct allocation of resources.

Registration and Compliance
Births must be registered within 14 days. All newborns receive a CARL-ID within 28 days of registration. Marriage requires approval from your respective district registrars and a joint loyalty assessment.
