Housing and energy in the NDRC are allocated by the state through the Ministry of Infrastructure. Energy distribution is managed by UtiliTrack and monitored via the PowerFlow dashboard.

Housing Priority
Housing is allocated based on family size, employment status, loyalty score, and district requirements. Citizens may request transfers through the standard application process, subject to availability and CDI eligibility.
