How often is it updated?

Your CDI score is recalculated every 15 minutes by COMPASS. Major changes (loyalty verification results, compliance incidents) are reflected immediately. You can check your current score at any time through the View CDI Score service.

Can my score go down suddenly?

Yes. Events that cause immediate score reductions include: failed loyalty verification (-50), missed mandatory training deadline (-30), compliance violation (-20 to -100 depending on severity), late timesheet submission (-5 per occurrence), and security incidents (variable). Being named in a verified suspicious activity report can reduce your score by up to 200 points pending investigation.

Disputes

If you believe your score is incorrect, submit a review request within 14 days. Reviews are conducted by the Chargeability Compliance Board and typically take 10-20 working days. Note: review outcomes can result in further score adjustments in either direction.
