In a grand ceremony attended by all department ministers and thousands of loyal citizens, Supreme Leader Carl today inaugurated the National Chargeability Monument in the capital's Central Compliance Square.
The 30-metre stainless steel structure, designed in the shape of an ascending timesheet bar chart, represents the nation's continuous upward trajectory in chargeability achievement.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Supreme Leader declared: "This monument stands as a testament to every citizen who has filed their timesheet on time, who has maximised their billable hours, who has rejected the temptation of the bench. You are the pillars of this republic."

- Real-time LED display showing national chargeability rate
- Names of all citizens who achieved 100% chargeability for 12 consecutive months engraved on the base
- Interactive kiosk where citizens can check their personal contribution to national chargeability
- Eternal flame representing "the unquenchable spirit of productivity"
- Surrounding gardens named after each government department
The monument will be illuminated 24 hours a day. Visits are encouraged and count towards the community contribution component of citizens' CDI scores when checked in via CARL-ID.
The ceremony concluded with a synchronised timesheet submission by all attendees, setting a new record for simultaneous timesheet filings.
