Record Chargeability Rates Achieved in Q3

The Ministry of Labor has released the Q3 Chargeability Report, revealing record-breaking performance across all government departments and private sector enterprises.

Key findings from the report:

  • National average chargeability: 96.2% (up from 94.7% in Q2)
  • Top performing department: Infrastructure at 98.1%
  • Largest improvement: Citizen Services, up 4.3 percentage points
  • Number of citizens at 100% chargeability: 1,247,891 (a new record)
  • Bench time reduced by 31% compared to Q3 of previous year

Minister Viktor Petrov of the Ministry of Labor attributed the success to the enhanced COMPASS monitoring system and the recent introduction of real-time chargeability alerts.

"When citizens can see their chargeability rate in real time, they are motivated to ensure every minute counts," said Minister Petrov. "The integration of UtiliTrack with the new Citizen Services Portal has been transformative."

Citizens whose chargeability fell below 85% during Q3 will receive mandatory improvement notices through their CARL-ID accounts. Those below 70% have been automatically enrolled in the Chargeability Remediation Programme.

The Supreme Leader has declared a half-day holiday for the top-performing district as recognition of their achievement. The holiday must be taken during an approved non-peak period.
