- Your CARL-ID (30 min): What your CARL-ID contains, how it's used across government systems, your legal obligations regarding your CARL-ID, and what to do if it's lost or compromised
- Citizen Services Portal (30 min): Guided tour of the portal, how to access services, manage your profile, check your CDI score, and respond to notifications
- Internet Access and the Citizen Proxy (30 min): How internet access works in the NDRC, the role of the Citizen Proxy, content filtering policies, and your responsibilities as a digital citizen
- Device Registration and Compliance (15 min): How to register devices, install required certificates, and maintain compliance with digital regulations
- Security Best Practices (15 min): Protecting your credentials, recognising phishing attempts, and reporting digital security concerns
Practical exercises
This module includes practical exercises where you will:
- Update your CARL-ID profile information
- Navigate to and bookmark key services on the portal
- Verify your device registration status
- Complete a digital compliance self-check
