The Ministry of Labor has completed a major upgrade to the COMPASS workforce monitoring system, introducing advanced capabilities that will further optimise citizen productivity and ensure chargeability compliance.
New COMPASS features
- Real-Time CDI Dashboard: Citizens can now view their Civic Dedication Index score updated every 15 minutes, with breakdown by component
- Predictive Chargeability Alerts: AI-powered predictions alert citizens 48 hours in advance if their current trajectory will result in below-target chargeability
- Workplace Behaviour Analytics: Enhanced monitoring of workplace patterns including meeting attendance, collaboration metrics, and break frequency
- Social Compliance Scoring: New module that factors workplace social interactions and team cohesion into productivity assessments
- Automated Manager Reporting: Supervisors receive daily automated reports on team performance with flagged anomalies
"The upgraded COMPASS system represents our commitment to helping citizens achieve their full chargeability potential," said the Ministry of Labor in an official statement. "With real-time visibility and predictive insights, no citizen should be surprised by their quarterly assessment."
The upgrade is effective immediately. Citizens may experience brief periods of increased processing time as the system calibrates to the new algorithms. Historical data has been preserved and recalculated using the new scoring methodology.
Citizens who notice discrepancies in their scores should submit a review request through the Citizen Services Portal within 14 days.
