After 18 months of intensive work, the Ministry of Energy has announced the completion of the national energy grid modernisation project. The centrepiece of this achievement is the new PowerFlow citizen dashboard, now accessible through the Citizen Services Portal.
Modernisation achievements
- Smart metering deployed to 100% of residential and commercial properties
- GridControl SCADA system upgraded with advanced load balancing
- Renewable energy integration increased to 12% of total generation
- Grid reliability improved to 99.7% uptime across all districts
- Energy theft detection systems deployed at all distribution points
PowerFlow Dashboard features
Citizens can now access the following through the Citizen Services Portal:
- Real-time energy consumption monitoring for your household
- Comparison against your allocated energy quota
- Historical consumption trends and efficiency recommendations
- Planned maintenance and outage schedules for your district
- Energy conservation score and medal eligibility tracking
Minister Elena Petrova stated: "The modernised grid ensures that every unit of energy is accounted for and allocated fairly based on each citizen's contribution to the republic. The PowerFlow dashboard gives citizens unprecedented visibility into their consumption — and their compliance."
Citizens whose smart meters have not yet registered on the PowerFlow system should contact their district energy office within 7 days to arrange a technician visit.
