Your Civic Dedication Index (CDI) score is a comprehensive measure of your contribution to the republic, calculated by the COMPASS workforce monitoring system. Your CDI score affects access to services, housing allocation, travel permits, and healthcare priority.
CDI score components
- Chargeability (35%): Based on UtiliTrack billable hours records
- Loyalty Assessment (25%): Annual loyalty verification score and behavioural indicators
- Compliance Record (20%): Adherence to regulations, training completion, timely submissions
- Productivity Metrics (15%): Output quality and quantity as assessed by COMPASS
- Community Contribution (5%): Participation in state events, voluntary reporting, civic duties
Score ranges
- 900-1000: Exemplary Citizen - Full access to all services and privileges
- 700-899: Good Standing - Standard service access
- 500-699: Needs Improvement - Restricted travel, reduced healthcare priority
- 300-499: Probationary - Mandatory supervision, weekly check-ins required
- Below 300: Under Review - Referred to Ministry of Security. Significant service restrictions apply
Improving your CDI score
The most effective way to improve your CDI score is to maintain exemplary chargeability records, complete all mandatory training modules ahead of schedule, and actively participate in state-organised community events. Reporting suspicious activity to Internal Security also contributes positively to your community contribution score.
