Access your centralised medical records through the CarlCare integrated health platform. All citizen health data is securely stored and managed by the Ministry of Health for your benefit and the benefit of the state.
What you can view
- Consultation history and diagnosis records
- Prescription history and medication compliance status
- Vaccination records (including mandatory state vaccinations)
- Healthcare Priority Score breakdown
- Fitness-for-work assessments
- Mental health evaluation summaries
What you cannot view
Certain medical annotations are restricted under the Healthcare Standards Act 2023. These include:
- Psychological profile assessments conducted by Ministry of Security
- Fitness-for-interrogation evaluations
- Genetic screening results flagged for state interest
- Notes shared with COMPASS workforce monitoring
Data sharing notice
Your medical records may be shared with authorised government agencies including the Ministry of Labor (workforce capacity assessments), Ministry of Security (fitness evaluations), and the Office of the Supreme Leader (population health reporting). This is not optional.
