CLF Activity Warning - Heightened Vigilance Required

The Ministry of Security has issued a heightened vigilance advisory following confirmed CLF activity in multiple districts. Citizens should be aware of the following:

Current intelligence

  • CLF propaganda materials have been detected circulating on unapproved communication channels
  • Several citizens have been approached by suspected CLF recruiters near public transport hubs
  • Attempts to distribute forbidden emoji stickers have been intercepted
  • A CLF-affiliated website was detected attempting to mimic the Citizen Services Portal

Citizen actions required

  • Report any unsolicited contact from unknown individuals who discuss politics or question state policies
  • Do not download or open files from unknown sources
  • Verify you are accessing the genuine Citizen Services Portal by checking the URL and security certificate
  • Report any graffiti, stickers, or posters that contain CLF symbols or messaging
  • If you receive a message containing forbidden emoji, do not forward it — report it immediately

Remember: Your vigilance protects the republic. Reports made in good faith are always valued, never penalised.

Mandatory Security Awareness Refresher - Complete Within 7 Days

Due to the elevated CLF threat level, all citizens are required to complete the Security Awareness Refresher module within 7 days of this notice. This is in addition to your annual security awareness training.

The refresher module is available under Training > Security Awareness and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Non-compliance: Citizens who do not complete the refresher within the specified timeframe will have their internet access downgraded to Basic tier until completion. A CDI score penalty of 15 points will also apply.

This directive comes from the Ministry of Security under Emergency Powers Act 2016, Section 12.
