Compliance

Registration is now open for the Mandatory Wellness Screening Programme. All citizens aged 18-65 who are registered for employment must complete screening during their assigned quarter.

How to register

1. Log in to the Citizen Services Portal with your CARL-ID
2. Navigate to Book Healthcare Appointment
3. Select "Mandatory Wellness Screening" as the appointment type
4. Choose your preferred CarlCare clinic and time slot
5. Attend at the scheduled time with your CARL-ID card

What to bring

• CARL-ID card (physical or valid digital temporary)
• Comfortable clothing for physical fitness assessment
• List of current medications (if applicable)
• Completed pre-screening questionnaire (available on the portal)

Time allowance

Wellness screening appointments are approximately 90 minutes. The screening time is recorded under WBS-009 (Health Compliance) at 0% chargeability. To minimise impact on your chargeability rate, book appointments at the start or end of the working day.

Deadline: Screening must be completed by the end of your assigned quarter. Failure to complete will result in CDI score deduction and suspension of non-essential services until screening is completed.

The Annual Loyalty Verification schedule for the current year has been published. Citizens are assigned to verification months based on the last digit of their CARL-ID number:

• CARL-ID ending 0 or 1: Month 3 (March)
• CARL-ID ending 2 or 3: Month 4 (April)
• CARL-ID ending 4 or 5: Month 5 (May)
• CARL-ID ending 6 or 7: Month 6 (June)
• CARL-ID ending 8 or 9: Month 7 (July)

All four phases must be completed by the last working day of your assigned month. We recommend completing the Loyalty Assessment Preparation training module 30 days before your assigned month.

Reminder: Late completion results in automatic CDI score reduction of 50 points. Non-participation is classified as a security concern.
