The Chargeability Liberation Front (CLF) is the primary internal threat to the NDRC. This training ensures all citizens can recognise CLF activity and know how to respond appropriately.

About the CLF

The CLF is a designated terrorist organisation that seeks to undermine the chargeability system and destabilise the republic. They operate through covert cells, digital propaganda, and recruitment of disaffected citizens.

Module sections

  1. Understanding the Enemy (30 min): History of the CLF, their stated objectives, organisational structure (as known), and why their ideology threatens every citizen
  2. Signs and Symbols (30 min): Forbidden emoji and their CLF meanings, graffiti tags and coded phrases, CLF digital signatures and propaganda formats
  3. Recruitment Tactics (30 min): How the CLF approaches potential recruits, common manipulation techniques, vulnerable populations they target, and how to protect yourself and your family
  4. Response Protocol (30 min): Immediate actions if approached by CLF, reporting procedures, evidence preservation, personal safety considerations

  • Use of forbidden emoji in digital communications
  • Questioning the chargeability system or Supreme Leader's policies
  • Possession of unapproved literature or media
  • Unexplained meetings with unknown individuals
  • Sudden changes in behaviour or political attitudes
  • Attempts to access blocked websites or use VPN services
