Understanding your chargeability rate
| Rate | Classification | Action |
|---|---|---|
| 95-100% | Exemplary | Eligible for State Medal of Labor nomination |
| 85-94% | Satisfactory | No action required |
| 75-84% | Below Target | Automated performance improvement plan initiated |
| 60-74% | Non-Compliant | Mandatory supervisor review and matrix realignment |
| Below 60% | Critical | Referred to Ministry of Security for investigation |
Disputes
If you believe your chargeability records contain errors, you may submit a dispute within 5 working days of the recorded period. Disputes are reviewed by the Chargeability Compliance Board. Note that frivolous disputes will negatively impact your loyalty score.
