About matrix management
The NDRC operates a dynamic matrix management system. Citizens may be assigned to multiple teams simultaneously to maximise chargeability potential. Key principles:
- You must respond to all matrix managers within 4 hours during working hours
- Conflicting priorities are resolved by seniority of the requesting manager
- Team reassignment notifications require acknowledgement within 24 hours
- Failure to acknowledge reassignment is treated as insubordination
Reassignment
Team reassignments are final and non-negotiable. If you have been reassigned, report to your new team lead within the specified timeframe. Requests for reassignment consideration may be submitted but are rarely approved. All reassignment data is shared with COMPASS for productivity tracking.
