CLF Threat Level Raised to 'Severe' Following Infrastructure Attack

The Ministry of Security has raised the CLF threat level from 'Substantial' to 'Severe' following an attempted cyber attack on national infrastructure systems detected and neutralised by state security forces.

Minister Alexei Volkov addressed the nation: "At 03:47 this morning, BlackWatch Intelligence detected a coordinated cyber attack targeting the GridControl energy management system. Thanks to our world-class security infrastructure and the vigilance of our monitoring teams, the attack was neutralised before any disruption occurred."

What 'Severe' threat level means

  • Enhanced security checks at all district checkpoints
  • Increased SurveilSync monitoring sensitivity across all networks
  • Additional verification required for inter-district travel permits
  • Mandatory security awareness refresher for all citizens (to be completed within 7 days)
  • Extended powers for Internal Security investigators

How citizens can help

  • Report any suspicious activity immediately through the portal or 0117 463 8742, ext. 150
  • Do not engage with unknown individuals who question state policies
  • Report any unusual digital communications, including messages containing forbidden emoji
  • Verify the identity of anyone claiming to be a government official
  • Complete the mandatory security awareness refresher promptly

The Ministry of Security assures all citizens that the NDRC's security apparatus is fully operational and prepared to defend the republic against all threats, both internal and external.

"The CLF will not succeed. The chargeability of this nation is non-negotiable," concluded Minister Volkov.

Enhanced Security Measures Protect Citizens from CLF Threat

In response to a reported increase in Chargeability Liberation Front (CLF) activity, the Ministry of Security has announced a comprehensive package of enhanced security measures designed to protect law-abiding citizens.

Minister Alexei Volkov outlined the following measures in a press conference today:

New security measures

  • SurveilSync Enhancement: Upgraded monitoring capabilities across all public spaces, workplaces, and residential areas. New AI-powered analytics can detect suspicious behaviour patterns in real time
  • Digital Border Strengthening: Enhanced filtering on the Citizen Proxy to detect and block CLF communications, including new deep packet inspection capabilities
  • Neighbourhood Watch 2.0: Expanded citizen reporting programme with dedicated mobile reporting app integrated into CARL-ID
  • Transportation Monitoring: Facial recognition systems deployed at all major transport hubs and district checkpoints

"The CLF seeks to undermine our chargeability-driven society and plunge the republic into chaos," said Minister Volkov. "These measures ensure that the vast majority of loyal, hardworking citizens can go about their daily lives in safety."

Citizens are reminded that the CLF is a designated terrorist organisation. Possession of CLF materials, communication with CLF members, or failure to report suspected CLF activity are all criminal offences carrying severe penalties.

If you see something, say something. Report suspicious activity through the Citizen Services Portal or call 0117 463 8742, ext. 150.
