Government Departments
The NDRC government is organised into ten departments, each responsible for critical functions of the state. All departments report to the Office of the Supreme Leader.
Office of the Supreme Leader
The supreme governing authority of the NDRC. Responsible for national strategy, policy direction, and final authority on all matters of state. The Office coordinates all department activities and ensures alignment with the Carl Doctrine.
Ministry of Health
